At PainFreeSeat, we want every customer to be completely satisfied with their purchase. If you experience any issues with your order, our return and refund policy is designed to make the process straightforward, fair, and transparent.
General Return Conditions
- We accept returns and exchanges within 14 days of receiving your order.
- After this period, no refund or exchange can be made.
- We accept returns and exchanges of both new and used items within this 14-day window.
- There are no restocking fees for returns or exchanges.
How to Return an Item

Return Shipping Fees and Responsibility
- Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.
- The shipment remains under your responsibility until it reaches us. We cannot guarantee receipt without tracking.
- If the returned product value exceeds £100, we recommend using a tracked service and/or parcel insurance.
Items Not Eligible for Return
The following items cannot be returned or refunded:
- Gift cards
- Products that are visibly damaged or excessively used
Conditions for Refund or Exchange Acceptance
To qualify for a refund or exchange:
- The request must be made within 14 days of receiving your order.
- Any defective or damaged item must be accompanied by proof (photos or videos). Without proof, the request may be rejected.
- The item must be returned in its original packaging.
- Items that are stained, marked, or visibly altered will not be accepted for refund or exchange.
- You must include the printed order confirmation email inside the return package. Without this document, the return cannot be processed and may be considered lost.
Refund Processing
- Once we receive and inspect your returned item, you will receive an email confirmation notifying you that we have received your return.
- We will also inform you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7 business days (processing time may vary depending on your bank or payment provider).
Late or Missing Refunds

Exchanges
- Only items that are defective or damaged upon delivery are eligible for exchange.
- To verify that the damage occurred before receipt, please send a photo of the product in its original packaging with the label and delivery details visible.
